What you will do

• Lead the design and development of essential data tools for Gemini model training.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to understand their needs and translate them into user-centric solutions.
• Leverage strong UX intuition to create tooling with exceptional developer experience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members in tooling development.
• Develop comprehensive, end-to-end solutions primarily in Python.
