What you will do

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing technical guidance and setting best practices.
• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure architecture.
• Drive infrastructure strategy across R&D, staging, and production environments.
• Architect and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
• Design, implement, and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure (GCP).

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• 5+ years of DevOps / Infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong experience with build automation tools (Gradle or similar).
• 3+ years of Linux administration experience (CentOS / RedHat).
• Intermediate+ English (written and spoken).
