What you will do

• Lead a part of the internal production team, overseeing multiple pods for feature and core tech streams.
• Adapt production processes and agile methodologies, focusing on scrum implementation.
• Balance resources, drive team efficiency, and maintain high productivity across pods.
• Ensure effective communication of project status, progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Manage project schedules, task backlogs, and risk lists, aligning deliverables with goals.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into production timelines and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in game production, including 2+ years in a people management role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and successfully releasing games for mobile and PC.
• Experience in original game development and live operations.
• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market and the game development life cycle.

• Experience with licensed games.
