Frontend Engineer (Document App Track)

Location: Remote (Germany, Ukraine, Portugal, or Poland)

Salary: 17,000 PLN to 26,000 PLN monthly/Gross (Poland)

What you will do

• Work on high-impact user-facing features within hirify.global’s document editor.
• Participate in the full application (feature) lifecycle from concept to release.
• Contribute to long-term frontend architecture decisions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Apply AI tools and agents in your daily workflow to increase engineering impact and productivity.
• Collaborate within a large and experienced frontend community.
• Write new code that meets product requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of development experience with JS.
• Strong experience with React/Redux.
• Strong understanding and experience in HTML and CSS.
• Experience in creating and implementing unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Proven hands-on experience in application performance management and code analysis.
• Experience working in product-driven teams where user impact and measurable outcomes matter.
