What you will do

• Lead customer relationship management initiatives for digital and IT solution adoption.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and onboarding frameworks.
• Design, monitor, and report on adoption dashboards, KPIs, and progress metrics.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for multiple stakeholder types.
• Proactively identify stakeholder needs and resolve issues and complaints quickly.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to increase engagement and adoption.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to build and manage adoption dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience analysing customer segments and resolving product-related pain points.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of the IT domain and digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of French and Spanish (C1).
• Experience with web services and integrated systems, primarily XML-based.
• Experience in onboarding stakeholders for interconnected web services.
