What you will do
- Lead customer relationship management initiatives for digital and IT solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and onboarding frameworks.
- Design, monitor, and report on adoption dashboards, KPIs, and progress metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for multiple stakeholder types.
- Proactively identify stakeholder needs and resolve issues and complaints quickly.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to increase engagement and adoption.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build and manage adoption dashboards and performance reports.
- Experience analysing customer segments and resolving product-related pain points.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of the IT domain and digital transformation initiatives.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of French and Spanish (C1).
- Experience with web services and integrated systems, primarily XML-based.
- Experience in onboarding stakeholders for interconnected web services.
