🦄 Description
We are developing a publicly available military simulation game currently in the Alpha stage and are looking for a Unreal Engine Level Designer/Artist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will focus on creating immersive, realistic, and performance-optimized environments for large-scale maps. You will collaborate closely with the game design and art teams to deliver engaging gameplay spaces and integrate assets into a premade destruction system.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Design and build engaging and realistic levels for a military simulation game
• Create layouts aligned with gameplay and design goals
• Optimize large-scale maps using Unreal Engine tools including Realtime Partition
• Work closely with the game design team to ensure functional and immersive environments
• Collaborate with the art team and convert assets to a premade destruction system

📚 Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Level Design and Game Design for immersive environments
• Experience with Blueprints
• Solid knowledge of Unreal Engine including level building and optimization tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and strong creative vision aligned with project goals

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with military simulation games
• Passion for the military simulation genre
