What you will do

• Design and implement a flexible global performance management system tailored to regional business maturity.
• Manage and track global financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive the execution of GFS Central OKRs and contribute to the long-term global strategy for the vertical.
• Manage relationships with regional counterparts and collaborate to build standardized dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive cross-functional ad-hoc special projects arising from evolving vertical needs.
• Provide high-level insights and executive summaries to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or an internet company.
• Degree in business, economics, management, or engineering.
• Proven experience in defining and executing strategies.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and hands-on mentality.
• Ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and highly pressured entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent English language skills (B2 equivalent required).

Nice to have

• Work experience in central teams overseeing multiple entities.
• Technology or e-commerce experience.
