What you will do
- Provide organizational support to APAC & Japan General Managers for efficient operations.
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, organize meetings, and track action items.
- Coordinate and book travel, accommodation, and dining arrangements for executives.
- Handle executive expense management.
- Assist with internal communications and logistics for regional events and town halls.
- Organize team offsites and initiatives to build community and recognize employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Executive Operations or Assistant experience in a fast-growing startup or multi-national company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate executive needs and prioritize.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Experience organizing large-scale internal events and multi-day executive offsites.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and maintain confidentiality.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools for smarter work.
