What you will do
- Develop and execute the global payments strategy.
- Identify priority markets and relevant local payment methods.
- Build and expand partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and local APMs.
- Lead commercial negotiations on fees, terms, and SLAs.
- Oversee technical integrations (API, routing, hosting).
- Monitor KPIs, including approval rate, cost, and uptime, and collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of global and local payment methods (cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, mobile money, APMs).
- Proven experience building provider networks in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, 3-D Secure, PCI, PSD2, AML, and processing flows.
- Experience negotiating large contracts with banks and PSPs.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
