What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for banking operations.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and perform impact assessments.
• Monitor and manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope creep.
• Collaborate with System Analysts and Architects to ensure clear understanding of Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Review functional specifications and provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Establish new operational procedures and contribute to deployment plans.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Ability to analyze and document "to be" business and operations processes.
• Experience in requirement traceability matrix and functional specification review.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
• Work Mode: On-site.
