Salary: ¥8,449,400 - ¥12,674,000 annually

What you will do

• Proactively engage and guide users through the hirify.global implementation process.
• Develop, manage, and implement customer integration architecture, change management strategy, and timelines.
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to improve the overall hirify.global user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy for users.
• Collaborate with teammates on strategic projects that improve and scale implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and operational capabilities.
• Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
• Experience collaborating on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
• BSc or equivalent degree in a related field (technology, business administration, project management etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL.
