What you will do

• Build, scale, and maintain enterprise crypto custody applications with the highest cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with wider technical teams on backend application design, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a technical domain leader, providing guidance and owning the delivery of features.
• Contribute to raising engineering excellence by implementing best practices for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on large-scale distributed backend systems.
• 3+ years in Java (with Spring Framework), Rust, or Scala.
• Experience in building transactional systems (preferably in payments, banking, or e-commerce domains), backed by an RDBMS.
• Experience building cloud applications on AWS or Azure, and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile development of distributed services, focusing on robust software design, scalability, availability, and security.
• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
