What you will do

• Craft and execute a long-term vision for Authentication balancing security and user experience.
• Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale security infrastructure.
• Act as the voice of Security Engineering, driving data-driven decisions at the executive level.
• Present hirify.global’ security innovations at major academic and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas.
• Expertise in two or more of: Authentication, Network, Kubernetes Security, Web Security, Governance, Privacy, Trust, Safety, Identity Management, Access Control, Key Management, Inter-Service Authentication, Secure Application Frameworks, Detection & Response.
• 15+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Strong leadership skills to lead across functional and organizational lines.
• Strong communication skills to explain and evangelize Data Security to senior leaders.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
