Salary: $168,100 - $261,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and develop net new conversational ad experiences on the Search page.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the advertising ecosystem.
• Pioneer new approaches to conversational AI and natural language interactions in advertising.
• Build large-scale, low-latency distributed systems, ML infrastructure, and data processing pipelines.
• Partner with the science team to implement LLM models in production and contribute to LLMOps.
• Create scalable systems to deliver explicitly personalized ad experiences impacting millions of shoppers worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• Strong software engineering skills.
• English: B2+ required.
