What you will do
- Support existing client relationships and drive new business generation alongside Private Wealth Advisors.
- Conduct client-facing analyses for client portfolios, spanning strategic and tactical asset allocation, risk, and return.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and internal research to assess their potential impact on client portfolios.
- Act as the growth engine for the Private Wealth Management team, focusing on wallet share and new business.
- Develop a system for sustained outreach to prospective clients, including marketing presentations and events.
- Act as the central point of contact for client relationship management, utilizing Salesforce.
- Participate in prospective client meetings and manage internal new business strategy meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of related financial services experience.
- Strong interest in financial markets and good investment sense/commercial instinct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must obtain SIE, Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses within three months of employment.

- CFA Charter and/or CFP highly encouraged (will be sponsored in accordance with firm policy).
