What you will do

• Proactively collaborate with your team, communicate progress, and mentor junior engineers to foster a supportive culture.
• Design small systems or processes, making choices that consider maintainability and scalability.
• Actively participate in design reviews and improvement efforts for upstream and downstream systems.
• Take ownership of the reliability of your deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency in your work, and support others.
• Plan and execute validation for systems, ensuring repeatable practices and understanding common failure points.
• Design and implement secure processes, recognize and mitigate potential security risks, and contribute to documentation.
• Identify recurring operational issues, propose improvements, monitor performance, and take part in on-call or support activities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong technical ownership, accountability for decisions, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Strong grasp of your domain, understanding system interactions, and actively improving documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborative spirit, taking ownership of initiatives and proactively addressing issues.
• Growth mindset, challenging yourself to learn business issues and industry trends.
• Active responsibility for quality and security, understanding testing coverage, and implementing secure, reliable systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• English: B2 required.

• Experience with billing or financial systems.
