3D Environment Artist (Photorealism): Producing high-quality, AAA photoreal 3D assets for games with an accent on full production cycle, technical implementation in UE5, and asset optimization. Focus on ensuring assets meet performance, memory, and technical standards for AAA/Nanite workflows and maintaining quality control.

Location: Office in Kyiv, Ukraine. Remote work is possible for employees outside the Kyiv region within Ukraine.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality, AAA photoreal 3D assets (buildings, environment, props) from concept to final.
• Manage the full production cycle: blockout, modeling, and delivery of production-ready assets.
• Handle technical implementation in UE5: import, set up, test, troubleshoot/debug assets.
• Work confidently with UE workflows, including asset import, material/shader setup, and blueprint support.
• Perform asset optimization for UE5, including Nanite/AAA pipeline requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and smooth integration across the pipeline.

Requirements

• Strong experience in high-quality 3D environment props production for games (photoreal/AAA level).
• Proficiency with 3ds Max / Maya / Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter / Designer.
• UE5 implementation skills: import, setup, test, and debug assets, understanding engine constraints.
• Confident working with UE5 model import, materials/shaders, and basic Blueprint preparation/support.
• Proven asset optimization skills for UE5, including readiness for AAA/Nanite workflows.
• Solid understanding of AAA pipelines and Nanite best practices.
• Good English (at least B1) for day-to-day team/customer communication.
