What you will do

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate 3D graphics projects in the automotive domain.
  • Act as a central communication interface between graphic artists, developers, testers, and customer teams.
  • Organize and moderate meetings, reviews, and alignments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation and continuous optimization of workflows, processes, and toolchains in the graphics area.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, and resolve conflicts and bottlenecks proactively.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in project management, computer graphics, media technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience coordinating graphics-related or automotive projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Solid experience with Jira and other project management tools.
  • Practical knowledge in designing agile processes tailored to team needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
