Talent Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Farringdon, London, requiring office presence two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).

What you will do

• Support Senior Talent Managers with campaign pipeline management for VIP Creators.
• Guide Creators through the creative process and manage campaign briefs.
• Field requests from brand and agency partners.
• Manage event invites, gifting, travel logistics, and deliveries for Creators.
• Communicate with the Finance Team for efficient invoicing of deals and expenses.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve VIP Creator content and commerciality.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a campaign management role within influencer marketing.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, and independent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Open to feedback, humble, and committed to self-development.
• Genuine passion for the Creator Economy.
