What you will do

• Identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats using massive and complex datasets.
• Execute top-notch analyses with advanced analytics, data mining, BI, and statistical tools to drive product growth.
• Translate AB tests, business, and strategic questions into structured analysis methods to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Monitor product KPIs to ensure health and focus.
• Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Economy departments to support decision-making.
• Plan, develop, and maintain reports for various departments, including senior management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations.
• Strong SQL experience and understanding of big-data environments.
• Proven experience conducting analyses using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Outstanding attention to detail, analytical, critical, business, strategic, and problem-solving thinking.
• Exceptional approach to data, ability to define analysis methods, and present high-level outputs clearly.
• Fluent English – both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; Tableau – Advantage.
• Strong understanding of statistical significance, models, and tools; Hands-on experience with Python/R.
• Passion for the gaming industry.
