hirify.global is looking for a QA Manager to shape quality practices for a high-traffic, consumer-facing product, supporting speed and quality in a dynamic product environment.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the QA strategy and delivery process in a fast-paced, weekly release environment.
  • Drive quality gates and risk-based testing for frequent releases and last-minute changes.
  • Introduce and iterate on pragmatic QA processes, reporting, and metrics.
  • Lead and coordinate QA efforts across distributed teams and time zones (including LA / Europe).
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and risk.
  • Gradually improve test coverage and automation strategy with realistic, business-driven prioritization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in QA / Quality Engineering / Delivery roles, including leadership or management experience.
  • Strong experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments with frequent releases.
  • Proven ability to build or fix QA processes in low-maturity or growing organizations.
  • Solid understanding of risk-based testing, release management, and quality metrics.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
