What you will do

• Lead the design and end-to-end development of the AI-powered web-based cybersecurity platform.
• Provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and guide architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate ambitious ideas into robust technical solutions.
• Design and implement secure frontend (React) and backend (TypeScript, Node.js, Python) systems.
• Mentor engineers, conduct high-quality code reviews, and foster engineering excellence.
• Drive quality, reliability, and performance optimization through testing strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience delivering secure, scalable, user-focused applications.
• Proven technical leadership experience, either as a Team Lead or a senior engineer owning architecture and mentoring others.
• Strong startup mindset: proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Expertise in frontend development with React and backend development with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Proficiency with databases including Postgres, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL, ORM frameworks, and Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders.
