What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, leading discussions on regulatory requirements and transformation priorities.
• Translate client needs into structured solution concepts, propositions, and productized offerings.
• Shape and refine hirify.global’s risk and compliance offerings for financial services and regulated sectors.
• Act as a visible advocate for hirify.global’s direction in AI-enabled risk and regulatory technology.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risk trends, developing thought leadership content.
• Provide subject matter expertise across enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries, with exposure to both business and technology domains.
• Strong background in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
• Proven experience in client-facing advisory or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated ability to shape solutions that bridge regulatory requirements and technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in product strategy, solution architecture, or transformation programs within FSI.
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, data governance, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CAMS, FRM, CRCM.
