What you will do

• Partner with futures sales, traders, and senior business managers to drive product development.
• Respond to rapid changes driven by client demands, market dynamics, and regulatory updates.
• Liaise with regional technology teams and external vendors for project implementation.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the technology platform, ensuring high resilience and automation.
• Participate in external meetings for industry-wide initiatives, such as system upgrade planning with exchanges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• Working experience in application development and support.
• Expertise in Java, C++, Python, or a similar programming language.
• Experience developing in a Linux or UNIX environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

Nice to have

• Financial product knowledge in equities and derivatives trading and processing.
• Experience in a hands-on front-office development role.
• Experience in managing external technology vendors and internal technology service providers.
