What you will do
- Seamlessly integrate the platform into customers’ systems, focusing on the back-end part of the implementation.
- Provide solid technical solutions to complex issues.
- Respond to reported issues as vigorously as possible and solve complex problems.
- Analyse current codes and industry developments, formulate efficient processes, solve problems and create a seamless experience for millions of users across the globe.
- Coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training to those who work with the platform.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar/related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills.
