Service Engineer

Focus on ensuring system compliance with audit requirements, resolving complex incidents, and collaborating with technology teams on major digital projects.

Location: Onsite in India with relocation assistance within country

hirify.global is a company using Turfview Distributor Management System and other key applications to manage secondary sales transactions and digital product interfaces.

What you will do

• Ensure operational compliance with architectural, security, and regulatory standards.
• Lead development of operational procedures, maintenance duties, and change requests.
• Collaborate with technology teams to resolve complex incidents and act as technical advisor on digital projects.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, budgets, and contract compliance.
• Support development, testing, operations, and improvements of digital products.
• Perform administrative tasks using service management tools like SNOW and ADO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS/I or related field
• Experience in IT support within FMCG environment and good understanding of DMS.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS), Oracle and SQL databases.
• Experience with API integration (REST APIs, XML, Python, Java, JSON) and agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Ability to work in a virtual global team with limited supervision.
• Onsite work required; remote work not available

Nice to have

• ITIL qualification.
• Knowledge of ERP (JD Edwards), automation tools like Automation Anywhere, AI/ML, CRM, Salesforce, MuleSoft API Designer, ETL tools, and Business Intelligence.
