URGENT HIRING – FINANCIAL CRIME COMPLIANCE (UAE BANKING)

Sharjah based

Capitex is supporting a UAE bank with an urgent mobilisation of Financial Crime Compliance professionals.

We are currently looking to onboard multiple FCC contractors in the second line of defence across the following areas:
🔹 Transaction Monitoring
🔹 Sanctions Screening
🔹 Client Acceptance & Advisory (CDD / EDD)
🔹 Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC)

Roles available
Compliance Officers (minimum 3 years UAE banking experience)
Senior Compliance Officers (5+ years UAE banking experience, able to work independently)

Location
UAE (on-site banking environment)

Contract roles with immediate start dates

Mandatory requirements
Proven UAE bank experience (essential)
Hands-on experience in the relevant FCC function
Strong understanding of CBUAE expectations
Ability to operate in a controlled, regulated environment

Unfortunately, candidates without UAE banking experience cannot be considered for these roles.
