What you will do

• Manage and lead the SOC Engineering delivery team, ensuring effective operations and collaboration.
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders on technical aspects of SOC architecture, improvements, detection, and automation.
• Maintain a unified vision for deployed SOC solution stacks and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Plan, document, and oversee the onboarding and transition of SOC customers according to contract scope.
• Identify and implement optimizations and enhancements for current and future SOC Engineering products and processes, integrating BigData/AI/ML.
• Utilize SOC ITSM solutions to track service delivery, manage customer credit consumption, and assure compliance with SLO/SLAs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience, with 12+ years in managing security operations teams.
• Prior experience with large-scale security technology implementations including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Experience with significant transitions or implementations to cloud environments.
• Knowledge and experience with public cloud security and compliance.
• Relevant university degree (e.g., engineering or computer sciences).
• Possession of security management certifications like CISM/CISSP and relevant Cloud Certifications.
