What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially go-to-market functions.
  • Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
  • Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent and manage inbound applications.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and articulate insights to executives.
  • Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape, particularly in the local market.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Native-level Japanese and full English fluency (C1+).

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in other countries across APAC.
  • Korean language proficiency.
