What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially go-to-market functions.
- Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
- Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent and manage inbound applications.
- Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and articulate insights to executives.
- Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in go-to-market organizations.
- Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape, particularly in the local market.
- Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
- Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Native-level Japanese and full English fluency (C1+).
