• Own major mobile features end-to-end in the Expo / React Native app from concept to production.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape UX, technical architecture, and delivery strategy.
• Make product and engineering decisions beyond implementing predefined specifications.
• Drive improvements in app performance, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
• Architect scalable patterns for state management, API integration, and offline-first experiences.
• Champion high engineering standards including testing, observability, code quality, and reviews.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong software fundamentals.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React Native, and Expo.
