What you will do

• Own major mobile features end-to-end in the Expo / React Native app, collaborating with product and design.
• Drive improvements in app performance, reliability, and maintainability as the product scales.
• Architect scalable patterns for state management, API integration, and offline-first experiences.
• Champion high engineering standards for testing, observability, and code quality.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and correctness.
• Ship high-quality features independently in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong software fundamentals.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React Native, and Expo.
• Strong ownership of projects, product-mindedness, and ability to make sound technical judgments.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer startups, scaleups, or design-focused teams.
• Confident use of AI tools to accelerate development thoughtfully.
• Work format: Hybrid, based in London.
