What you will do

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Manage a team of 6 to 8 technical consultants responsible for oversight and escalation support on team members projects.
• Work with delivery leadership to ensure successful project outcomes using business defined KPI’s.
• Design and implement complex, mission-critical transformational enterprise grade technical solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities.

Requirements

• Experience and ability to “jump on a whiteboard” in front of a customer to develop a solution to a business / technology goal or challenge.
• Strong consulting and business acumen.
• Previous technical oversight and leadership experience in a consulting environment.
• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years specialized in Cloud Networking and DevOps.
• Expert-level credentials such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure or Palo Alto Certified Solutions Engineer.
• Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation to build reproducible, hardened network stacks.
• Hands-on experience in programming with Java, Python or any development language.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
