What you will do

• Develop and maintain standardized status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Extract and analyze data from JIRA (JQL, filters, sprint metrics, issue tracking).
• Build advanced Excel models (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, index/match, dashboards).
• Consolidate reporting across multiple banking workstreams and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, risks, dependencies, and UAT progress within a Commercial Banking environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting projects within Commercial Banking.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA reporting and advanced Excel.
• Experience in Agile environments and UAT tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5+ years of relevant banking/reporting experience.
