What you will do

• Develop high-quality strategic content, including articles, speeches, interviews, briefings, web, and social media content.
• Shape compelling narratives that highlight achievements, impact, and innovation success stories.
• Identify and drive proactive communication opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Promote the programme to European and international innovation audiences.
• Strengthen the visibility and thought-leadership positioning of Board members and senior leadership.
• Provide strategic communications advice, including messaging and reputational guidance.

Requirements

• University degree in communications or another relevant field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in strategic communications and content development.
• At least 3 years of experience working within or supporting European institutions.
• Proven experience in innovation, startups, venture capital, or EU-funded programmes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of communicating with startups, investors, and the broader innovation ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other EU languages.
