What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test environments for embedded finance propositions.
• Ensure system quality and stability in production for a growing customer base.
• Architect scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Perform API and mobile app testing and automation.
• Contribute to non-functional testing, security, and accessibility automation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong background in automation testing using tools such as Playwright, Rest assured, and Appium.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation.
• Expertise in API testing and automation, including contract testing and mocking strategies.
• Experience in iOS and Android app testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and a solid understanding of QA processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Xray for test management and tracking.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests using tools like Jenkins or Harness.
• Ability to work with containerised environments (e.g., Docker) and cloud-based test execution.
• Work style is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at the Chester office location.
