What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of complex product design projects, ensuring high-quality work and agreed margins.
• Lead and coach teams through all stages of the product and service design process, integrating AI where possible.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client leadership teams.
• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Play a key role in shaping and supporting the development of the product design Community of Practice.
• Inform hiring plans and lead recruitment efforts for the product design team.

Requirements

• Experience in product design and development, digital transformation, or customer experience design, taking services live.
• A point of view and experience using AI to reshape “what” and “how” we design.
• Experience across all stages of the design process, from initial analysis to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and ability to inspire teams.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams, providing constructive feedback.
• Strong business acumen and comfort leading sessions with senior clients.
