Observability Engineer (Fintech): Supporting and managing observability tools across an extensive trading infrastructure with an accent on Linux systems and monitoring automation. Focus on leveraging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics to ensure system reliability and observability within high-performance environments.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw

Compensation: 350,000 – 600,000 PLN + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage and maintain monitoring and observability tools for an extensive estate.
• Support and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.
• Contribute to automation and infrastructure tasks using Python.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Collaborate on observability strategies to improve system visibility.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with at least two of: VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, Vector, ELK, or AlertManager.
• Experience with Python scripting and Git.
• Must be based in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Kubernetes.
