What you will do
- Support the development and evolution of social media strategies aligned with integrated communication, media, and performance objectives.
- Plan and execute social content calendars and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, seasonal moments, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms, maintaining consistency, relevance, and brand integrity.
- Drive community management by fostering meaningful interactions and responding to audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Actively monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for brand participation.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content and campaign performance, extracting actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media content management, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital media and integrated marketing channels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and platform updates.
- Experience with social media reporting, publishing, and listening tools.
- Deep understanding of all media, particularly digital platforms.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
