What you will do
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Android applications.
- Refactor existing code and develop test-covered, high-quality code in an agile environment.
- Participate in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps.
- Engage in code reviews to uphold quality, best practices, and standards.
- Document technical specifications and installation procedures for applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Android development.
- Expert knowledge of Android SDK, various Android versions, and device configurations.
- Strong understanding of Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and interface guidelines.
- Experience with Android Architecture components, Jetpack libraries, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
- Proficiency in optimizing mobile apps using Java and Kotlin, including Compose and Coroutines.
- Experience with Firebase configuration and integrating data via API interfaces.
- Ability to solve problems, propose solutions, and translate business requirements into technical ones.
- Knowledge of software development tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence, Code Reviews, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- English language skills at a professional level (minimum B2).
