What you will do
- Lead People Operations workstreams for global payroll system rollouts across 2-3 APJC countries.
- Execute high-volume data cleansing and rigorous validation between Workday and ADP to ensure data integrity.
- Develop user scenarios and perform UAT for system tasks, standardizing global HR operations while ensuring local compliance.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train local People Ops Specialists post-implementation.
- Provide timely, high-quality support to employee inquiries through Zendesk as a subject-matter expert.
- Act as a proactive liaison between employees and specialized teams like Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations or HR Admin, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale system rollouts (Workday, ADP, or similar).
- Deep understanding of the HR-to-Payroll pipeline and the technical nuances of the employee lifecycle across different geographies.
- High proficiency in Workday, specifically in creating/validating reports and understanding data flow to third-party payroll providers. Experience with ADP Celergo integrations is a significant plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, with the ability to proactively identify and communicate risks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and translate technical system requirements for non-technical experts.
- Regional expertise in the APAC region, understanding needs for payroll, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.
