What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance tests (load, stress, endurance).
• Use tools like JMeter and/or k6 to create realistic test scenarios and validate system behavior.
• Execute functional and non-functional testing on REST APIs to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with development and architecture teams to ensure alignment on quality standards.
• Participate in automated testing initiatives and research improvements to testing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Performance Testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, preferably with JMeter and/or k6.
• Proven experience in API and web service testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and ability to perform data validation queries.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Good communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or Python.
• Previous experience in test automation, ideally with Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration pipelines.
• Experience in financial services or investment technology environments.
