What you will do
- Manage large global brand campaigns from end-to-end across various channels including Retail, Digital, Social, OOH, Ecom, and Paid Media.
- Oversee all asset creation and delivery, coordinating with offsite and international hubs.
- Take ownership of projects, including interrogating and adapting client briefs to be production-friendly.
- Plan and book studio resources, brief creative teams, perform quality control, and manage client reviews and amendments.
- Develop and manage project timelines, estimate job durations, and communicate milestones to all relevant team members.
- Work collaboratively within the team, motivate wider teams, and anticipate and rectify issues at the project outset.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in an agency or high-volume production environment.
- Ideally, a strong background in advertising campaign production, particularly within the sports and lifestyle categories.
- Experience delivering creative or creative production for retail and paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, highly detail-oriented and organized.
- English: B2 required, with confident communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days a week in Istanbul, Turkey.
