What you will do

• Oversee and maintain the Global Product Development Master Plan (PDMP) Portfolio.
• Support project allocation across Product Development sites based on workload, capacity, and technical expertise.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical risks and issues, coordinating resolution strategies.
• Oversee the execution of projects within the PDMP, ensuring effective Project Management methods.
• Define, implement, and maintain standardized project management tools and methodologies.
• Lead the preparation and development of Innovation initiatives through the stage and gate assessment process.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between global and local functions.

Requirements

• University Master of Science degree (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
• 5 years of work experience in project management, including process development and execution in international companies.
• Expertise in project management methodologies/tools.
• Demonstrated experience in team coordination.
• Strategic thinking, managerial approach, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Top Management.
• Fluent English and Italian.
