What you will do

• Analyze and gather business requirements to ensure product success.
• Support QA and Development teams by clarifying functional and non-functional needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Upper-Intermediate verbal and written English skills.
• Understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
• Ability to create and maintain functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Demonstrated attentiveness to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in proposing solutions to meet business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling or gaming projects.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with document administration systems (Atlassian Confluence).
• Experience with issue tracking systems (Atlassian JIRA).
