What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the company’s Okta IAM environment.
• Manage the full user lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) processes and design/implement scalable RBAC models.
• Configure and manage SSO and MFA policies across integrated systems and lead SaaS application integration.
• Ensure access management aligns with the principle of least privilege, conduct periodic access reviews, and monitor access logs.
• Manage centralized access control for company-owned SaaS tools, subscriptions, and shared accounts.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure secure and efficient access management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security/IT field.
• Solid understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and strong knowledge of RBAC.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications into centralized IAM environments.
• Practical experience with Okta (strongly preferred) and exposure to Cloud IAM concepts.
• Ability to design, improve, and clearly document IAM operational workflows and support IT audit/compliance.
