What you will do

• Develop high-converting motion assets for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, optimized for direct-response environments.
• Analyze creative performance metrics in partnership with Growth and UA teams, using structured testing frameworks.
• Design motion content with clear performance objectives (CPI, ROAS, LTV), understanding user behavior across the acquisition funnel.
• Partner closely with Growth Managers, UA teams, and Video Producers to translate campaign strategy into scalable creative concepts.
• Contribute to continuous creative experimentation cycles, producing and iterating assets efficiently.
• Create dynamic transitions, typography, and compositing sequences native to each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor evolving platform trends, UGC styles, and creative benchmarks to identify new performance uplift opportunities.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating top-tier graphic design and motion design skills with a strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, and color.
• Deep understanding of the technical and psychological nuances of Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap ad formats.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative tool.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions in the context of business goals and user behavior.
• English: B2 or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience in motion design within performance marketing, paid social, or growth-focused environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI-driven workflows (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.) to speed up ideation and production.
• Skill with expressions, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics to streamline high-volume creative testing.
