What you will do

• Build and maintain a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements).
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Participate in user research and user testing sessions.
• Support development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Present and validate concepts with stakeholders and end users.
• Document design specifications for the technical team.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in Figma on real or personal projects.
• Understand core user-centric design principles.
• Genuine interest in UX/UI.
• Familiarity with current design trends for desktop and mobile.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies (interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing).
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools in an agile environment.
• Degree in a design-related field.
