TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (Mobile Apps): Shaping and evolving mobile and web app designs for wellness solutions with an accent on intuitive user flows, high-fidelity UI, and design system maintenance. Focus on translating user research and data insights into meaningful design concepts and ensuring UI consistency across platforms.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote). Also offices in Kaunas and Klaipėda (Lithuania), and Riga (Latvia). Opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for 2 months per year.

Salary: 2800 – 3500 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Shape, maintain, and evolve mobile and web app design.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for app experiences.
• Translate product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team, exchanging feedback for product quality.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and UI consistency across platforms.
• Enjoy creative freedom and flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the product experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong mobile app UX/UI projects.
• Demonstrate experience designing end-to-end product experiences from research to polished UI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Possess strong skills in typography, composition, color science, and modern interface trends.
• Communicate and articulate design decisions clearly and confidently.
• Design with a clear focus on both business objectives and user needs, informed by research.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
