What you will do

• Design and maintain modular, scalable, and secure multi-region AWS environments using Terraform.
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated pipelines with GitHub Actions for various applications and data workloads.
• Operate and scale containerized workloads using Docker and AWS ECS/Fargate (or EKS).
• Architect and maintain storage and messaging layers (PostgreSQL/Aurora, S3, DynamoDB, SQS) for high-frequency data ingestion.
• Support Data Engineers in deploying, operating, and monitoring Airflow and Step Functions for complex ETL pipelines.
• Implement and manage security best practices using AWS Cognito, Secrets Manager, and IAM roles.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering with advanced proficiency in Terraform and AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, ECS/Fargate, ECR, Lambda, MWAA, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, and CloudWatch.
• Strong command of Python for automation scripting and supporting FastAPI and Flask environments.
• Practical, hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker-based testing environments.
• Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy) and familiarity with data-intensive workloads using Pandas, Spark, and Dask.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, load balancing, and DNS management.
