What you will do

• Lead the exploration and integration of AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define and uphold quality standards for all releases.
• Mentor QA engineers across global offices and foster a culture of quality.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the testing strategy for a complex microservices architecture.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
• Experience or a demonstrable passion for applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance testing processes (e.g., for visual testing, self-healing scripts, or test data generation).
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing test automation strategies from the ground up.
• Strong, practical understanding of the testing pyramid and its application in building efficient test suites.
• Solid experience with API testing and testing complex client-server applications.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI) for test automation.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and test management systems (e.g., Allure Ops).
