What you will do

• Ensure quality of software, adherence to development standards, and team delivery commitments.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and inspiration to the product development team.
• Lead the end-to-end technical vision, design, and integration of complex systems.
• Act as an escalation point for technical decision-making, balancing benefits and trade-offs.
• Perform design and code reviews and identify opportunities for performance and stability improvement.
• Contribute to and enforce development standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years leading design and development of high-performance transactional applications in Microsoft environments.
• 2+ years in a Team Lead role and 2+ years building cloud-native and API-centric applications.
• Expertise in server-side architectures, persistence frameworks, Angular, HTML5/CSS3/JS.
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, XP), and client-facing roles.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written), with experience in multicultural environments.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Spring Boot, and SQL Server.
• Professional experience with Behavior Driven Design (BDD), Test Driven Design (TDD), and Domain Driven Design (DDD).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically Wealth Management.
• Experience migrating monolithic applications to microservices and cloud-centric architecture.
• Professional experience with Git/Maven in CI/CD environments.
